產(chǎn)品概述
胰島素（Insulin，INS）是由胰島β細(xì)胞分泌的一種雙鏈形式（α, β）的多肽激素，不同物種動物（人、牛、羊、豬等）的胰島素功能大體相同，成分稍有差異，胰島素是目前已知的機(jī)體內(nèi)唯一降低血糖的激素，也是唯一同時促進(jìn)糖原、脂肪、蛋白質(zhì)合成的激素。胰島素在許多細(xì)胞活動中發(fā)揮重要作用，是哺乳動物細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)基中常用的添加物質(zhì)胰島素能加速葡萄糖的利用和抑制葡萄糖的生成，抑制脂肪的分解，促進(jìn)脂肪的合成和貯存，促進(jìn)蛋白質(zhì)的合成，阻止蛋白質(zhì)的分解，促進(jìn)鉀離子和鎂離子穿過細(xì)胞膜進(jìn)入細(xì)胞內(nèi)；促進(jìn)脫氧核糖核酸(DNA)、核糖核酸(RNA)及三磷酸腺苷(ATP)的合成。
普諾賽生產(chǎn)的重組人胰島素（Recombinant Human Insulin），分子量約為5800 Da，結(jié)構(gòu)與天然來源的人胰島素相同，常用作細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)的輔助成分，常見使用濃度為1 μg/mL-10 μg/mL。

注意事項
1、本產(chǎn)品經(jīng)0.1 μm過濾除菌，使用本產(chǎn)品時應(yīng)注意無菌操作，避免污染；
2、本產(chǎn)品為10 mg/mL濃縮液，請根據(jù)需要稀釋后使用；
3、2-8℃中解凍，混勻后使用，切忌反復(fù)凍融，用量較少時建議分裝凍存，2-8℃中保存，至少6個月有效；
4、不宜長時間放置于室溫或較高溫度的環(huán)境中；
5、溶解后若有沉淀產(chǎn)生，待溶液升至室溫后混勻即可溶解；若遇無法溶解時，用無菌的0.1 M HCl緩慢調(diào)節(jié)pH至2-3之間（邊調(diào)節(jié)，邊用pH試紙檢測pH）；若仍然無法溶解，請及時與我們聯(lián)系；
