產(chǎn)品概述
葡萄糖(Glucose, Dextrose)又稱玉米葡糖、玉蜀黍糖,簡(jiǎn)稱葡糖,是自然界分布最廣最重要的一種單糖,其水溶液旋光向右,故亦稱“右旋糖”。葡萄糖是細(xì)胞的重要營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì),不僅是細(xì)胞能量來(lái)源的主要物質(zhì),還是細(xì)胞生物合成的重要物質(zhì),如糖蛋白、糖脂的合成。體外培養(yǎng)動(dòng)物細(xì)胞時(shí),幾乎所有的培養(yǎng)基或培養(yǎng)液中都以葡萄糖作為必要的能源物質(zhì),而不同的細(xì)胞代謝特點(diǎn)不同,所需的葡萄糖濃度也有所差別,如神經(jīng)細(xì)胞能量代謝以葡萄糖為主,需要葡萄糖的濃度相對(duì)較高,配制培養(yǎng)液時(shí)甚至要額外添加。
