產(chǎn)品概述
Dulbecco's 改良培養(yǎng)基--DMEM(Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium)是在MEM培養(yǎng)基的基礎(chǔ)上研制的,與MEM培養(yǎng)基相比,氨基酸的含量增加了2倍,維生素增加了4倍,同時還增加了非必須氨基酸、微量鐵離子以及丙酮酸鈉。DMEM培養(yǎng)基最初設(shè)計葡萄糖含量為1000 mg/L(低糖型),后來又發(fā)展出葡萄糖含量為4500 mg/L(高糖型),現(xiàn)已廣泛應(yīng)用于各種細(xì)胞的培養(yǎng)。DMEM低糖培養(yǎng)基更適合代謝作用較慢、依賴性貼壁細(xì)胞的培養(yǎng)。
本產(chǎn)品含有多類細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)所需的氨基酸、維生素、無機(jī)鹽等多種成分,但不含蛋白質(zhì)、脂類或任何生長因子,故此產(chǎn)品需搭配血清或無血清添加物使用。
