背景描述 | HCC1937細(xì)胞1995年10月13日最初來源于原發(fā)性導(dǎo)管癌,用了11.5個月建株。腫瘤分類為TNMⅡB期,3級。BRCA1分析表明,HCC1937細(xì)胞是BRCA 15382C突變純合的,而來源于同一病人的類淋巴母細(xì)胞細(xì)胞株在這個突變位點上是雜合的。另兩個家庭成員也有這個突變;一個同卵雙生姐妹也患有乳腺癌。HCC1937細(xì)胞有一個后天的Tp53突變,而其野生型等位基因丟失;一個PTEN基因的后天的純合缺失,以及多個與乳腺癌發(fā)病機理相關(guān)的位點上發(fā)生的雜合突變。HCC1937細(xì)胞Her2-neu和p53表達(dá)都呈陰性。HCC1937細(xì)胞的上皮細(xì)胞特異性標(biāo)志上皮細(xì)胞糖蛋2(EGP2)和細(xì)胞角蛋白19都呈陽性;雌激素受體(ER)和孕酮(PR)表達(dá)陰性。 |
