背景描述 | Hs 578T細(xì)胞源自乳房癌,它與正常成纖維細(xì)胞樣細(xì)胞株Hs 578Bst起源于同一位患者。Hs 578T細(xì)胞最初是多角形的,但在傳代過程中選擇并克隆了星形的細(xì)胞形態(tài)。電鏡下觀察發(fā)現(xiàn),Hs 578T細(xì)胞內(nèi)酪蛋白顆粒聚集、橋粒緊密連接、脂質(zhì)體和光滑內(nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng)小泡。Hs 578T細(xì)胞與Hs 578Bst細(xì)胞一樣,未檢測到雌激素受體和內(nèi)生病毒。 |
