背景描述 | BT-20細(xì)胞是由E·Y·Lasfargues和L·Ozzello于1958年建系,源自一位74歲白人女性的乳腺癌組織。BT-20細(xì)胞表達(dá)WNT3和WNT78;TNF-α抑制BT-20細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)。BT-20細(xì)胞雌激素受體陰性,但表達(dá)5'-外顯子缺失的雌激素mRNA。 |
