DMEM/F12培養(yǎng)基是在DMEM培養(yǎng)基的基礎(chǔ)上,添加F12培養(yǎng)基中更為豐富的營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分,含有多種微量元素,廣泛應(yīng)用于多種哺乳類細(xì)胞的培養(yǎng)。同時(shí),DMEM/F12培養(yǎng)基常作為開發(fā)無血清培養(yǎng)基的基礎(chǔ),也適用于低血清含量下哺乳動(dòng)物細(xì)胞的培養(yǎng)以及克隆密度培養(yǎng)。
