產(chǎn)品概述

HEPES全稱為N-2-Hydroxyethylpiperazine-N-2-Ethane Sulfonic Acid,中文名稱為4-羥乙基哌嗪乙磺酸,是一種常用的生物緩沖劑,pKa (25)=7.5,有效緩沖范圍為pH 6.8-8.2。HEPES最大的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是,能夠在開放環(huán)境中較長時(shí)間恒定溶液的PH范圍。HEPES不能通過生物膜,對生化反應(yīng)影響有限,是一種化學(xué)和酶穩(wěn)定的物質(zhì),而且HEPES對可見光和紫外光的吸收度極低。因此一般認(rèn)為,HEPES是一種優(yōu)良的生物緩沖劑,對細(xì)胞無毒性作用,使用終濃度為10-50 mM,細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)常用10 mM。
