產(chǎn)品概述
平衡鹽溶液（Balanced Salt Solution, BSS）也叫生理溶液（Physiological Solution），是集緩沖液的緩沖力、生理鹽水的等滲性以及培養(yǎng)液的營(yíng)養(yǎng)供應(yīng)特點(diǎn)于一體的，具有維持滲透壓、保持pH穩(wěn)定以及提供簡(jiǎn)單的營(yíng)養(yǎng)的作用，可滿足體外實(shí)驗(yàn)中組織、器官或細(xì)胞的生存和代謝的基本需要。一些平衡鹽溶液中還添加了少量酚紅，用以指示溶液的酸堿度變化。
磷酸鹽緩沖液（Phosphate-Buffered Saline，PBS）是生物化學(xué)研究中使用最為廣泛的一種平衡鹽溶液，主要成分為Na2HPO4、KH2PO4、NaCl和KCl。PBS緩沖液常用于組織塊的漂洗、細(xì)胞的洗滌、細(xì)胞或組織的運(yùn)輸、其他試劑的配制以及作為細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)的稀釋液等。

注意事項(xiàng)
1、本產(chǎn)品為即用型，經(jīng)0.1 μm過(guò)濾除菌，可直接使用，使用前無(wú)需過(guò)濾除菌；
2、使用本產(chǎn)品時(shí)應(yīng)注意無(wú)菌操作，避免污染；
3、本產(chǎn)品為10倍濃度的PBS，請(qǐng)根據(jù)需要稀釋后使用；
3、本產(chǎn)品僅用于科研或進(jìn)一步研究使用，不用于診斷和治療；
4、10× PBS在低溫下可能會(huì)產(chǎn)生少量沉淀，一般溫浴后沉淀即可溶解；若沉淀較多且又無(wú)法溶解時(shí)，請(qǐng)放棄使用。
