產(chǎn)品概述
氨基酸（Amino Acids）是蛋白質(zhì)組成的基本單位，也是構(gòu)成生命的重要成分。根據(jù)細(xì)胞自身合成的能力，可將氨基酸分為三類：必需氨基酸、半必需氨基酸和非必需氨基酸。MEM非必需氨基酸溶液（Non-Essential Amino Acids, NEAA）源自MEM培養(yǎng)基配方，包括L-丙氨酸、L-谷氨酸、L-天（門）冬酰胺、L-天（門）冬氨酸、L-脯氨酸、L-絲氨酸和甘氨酸7種非必需氨基酸，能有效改善細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)基配比，降低細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)時(shí)細(xì)胞自身生產(chǎn)非必需氨基酸的副作用，促進(jìn)細(xì)胞增殖代謝，是細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)中常用的添加劑之一。
