產(chǎn)品概述
平衡鹽溶液（Balanced Salt Solution, BSS）也叫生理溶液（Physiological Solution），是集緩沖液的緩沖力、生理鹽水的等滲性以及培養(yǎng)液的營(yíng)養(yǎng)供應(yīng)特點(diǎn)于一體的，具有維持滲透壓、保持PH穩(wěn)定以及提供簡(jiǎn)單的營(yíng)養(yǎng)的作用，可滿足體外實(shí)驗(yàn)中組織、器官或細(xì)胞的生存和代謝的基本需要。一些平衡鹽溶液中還添加了少量酚紅，用以指示溶液的酸堿度變化。
Hank's平衡鹽溶液（Hank's Balanced Salt Solution, HBSS）是細(xì)胞分離或培養(yǎng)中常用的磷酸鹽緩沖液之一，主要成分包括NaCl、KCl、KH2PO4、Na2HPO4、NaHCO3、CaCl2、MgCl2、MgSO4和葡萄糖。Hank's平衡鹽溶液常用于組織塊的漂洗、細(xì)胞的洗滌、細(xì)胞或組織的運(yùn)輸、其他試劑的配制以及作為細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)的稀釋液等。

注意事項(xiàng)
1、本產(chǎn)品為即用型，經(jīng)0.1μm過(guò)濾除菌，可直接使用，使用前無(wú)需稀釋或過(guò)濾除菌等任何處理；
2、使用本產(chǎn)品時(shí)應(yīng)注意無(wú)菌操作，避免污染；
3、由于Hank's平衡鹽溶液含有鈣鎂離子，易產(chǎn)生少量沉淀，一般溫浴后沉淀即可溶解；若沉淀較多且又無(wú)法溶解時(shí)，請(qǐng)放棄使用；
4、由于Hank's平衡鹽溶液NaHCO3含量較低，不能用于5% CO2的環(huán)境，若放入CO2培養(yǎng)箱，溶液將迅速變酸，使用時(shí)應(yīng)注意；
5、本產(chǎn)品僅用于科研或進(jìn)一步研究使用，不用于診斷和治療。
