注意事項 | 1.該細胞在低密度下形態(tài)不規(guī)則,細胞數(shù)量少,鋪展面積大,高密度后形態(tài)會趨于一致,胞體密集;2.細胞增殖偏慢,初次傳代建議1:2,細胞穩(wěn)定后建議傳代比例也不超過1:4;3.注意觀察培養(yǎng)基顏色,顏色偏紫會導(dǎo)致細胞漂浮增加;4.消化時間會隨著細胞生長時間和細胞密度而有所不同,需要結(jié)合消化時細胞狀態(tài)來判斷,消化到細胞可以滑落方可終止。 |
