背景描述 | SK-OV-3細(xì)胞是由G·Trempe和L·J·Old于1973年從卵巢腫瘤病人的腹水分離得到。SK-OV-3細(xì)胞對(duì)腫瘤壞死因子和幾種細(xì)胞毒性藥物包括白喉毒素、順鉑和阿霉素均耐受。SK-OV-3細(xì)胞在裸鼠中致瘤,且形成與卵巢原位癌一致的中度分化的腺癌。 |
