背景描述 | HL-60細胞是一株早幼粒細胞;HL-60細胞源自一位患有急性粒-單核細胞白血病的36歲白人女性。HL-60細胞自發(fā)分化,丁酸鹽、次黃嘌呤、佛波醇、肉豆蔻酸、DMSO(1%-1.5%)、放線菌素D和視黃酸均可以促進分化。HL-60細胞表現(xiàn)出吞噬活性,并對趨化刺激有響應;HL-60細胞致癌基因myc表達陽性。 |
