背景描述 | ES-2細(xì)胞是建自45歲女性黑人的外科腫瘤標(biāo)本,該腫瘤為低分化卵巢透明細(xì)胞癌。ES-2細(xì)胞最初生長(zhǎng)在軟瓊脂中;ES-2細(xì)胞在裸鼠中成瘤。ES-2細(xì)胞對(duì)多種化療藥物包括阿霉素、順鉑、卡氯芥、依托泊甙等表現(xiàn)出低到中等的耐受性;ES-2細(xì)胞表達(dá)低水平的P糖蛋白。 |
