背景描述 | HEC-1-B細胞是由H·Kuramoto于1968年分離的HEC-1-A細胞亞株。不同于HEC-A-1的是:HEC-1-B細胞在培養(yǎng)第135天到190天之間表現(xiàn)出穩(wěn)定的生長周期,且重現(xiàn)扁平,與親本細胞系相比更具鋪路石樣。此外,HEC-1-B細胞的主要染色體組是親本細胞的兩倍。 |
