背景描述 | AN3 CA細(xì)胞建系于1964年,它衍生于子宮內(nèi)膜癌患者的淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移組織;AN3 CA細(xì)胞具有癌細(xì)胞的基本特性,能在體外長期傳代培養(yǎng);AN3 CA細(xì)胞接種實驗動物產(chǎn)生明顯腫瘤。但AN3 CA細(xì)胞的生物學(xué)特性及超微結(jié)構(gòu)尚未深入研究,僅發(fā)現(xiàn)該細(xì)胞系促黑激素合成為陰性;AN3 CA細(xì)胞常用于人子宮內(nèi)膜癌細(xì)胞生物學(xué)及其相關(guān)特性研究。 |
