背景描述 | Raji細(xì)胞由PulvertaftRJV于1963年從一位11歲黑人男孩的左上頜骨的Burkitt淋巴瘤中分離建立的,是第一個(gè)人類(lèi)造血系統(tǒng)的連續(xù)傳代細(xì)胞,為B細(xì)胞起源。該細(xì)胞中含有EBV,可作轉(zhuǎn)染宿主。 |
