背景描述 | RAMOS細(xì)胞來(lái)源于一位3歲的白人Burkitt's淋巴瘤患者。RAMOS細(xì)胞EBV陰性,表達(dá)IL-4受體和低親和性IgE受體(CD23);每個(gè)RAMOS細(xì)胞表面大約有1500個(gè)IL-4的結(jié)合位點(diǎn)。RAMOS細(xì)胞可分泌IgM,表達(dá)膜型和分泌型的免疫球蛋白。 |
