背景描述 | 源自人肺腺癌,該肺組織仍處于分化狀態(tài)。PC-9(以前稱為PC-14)。PC-14 最初于1989 年作為源自人肺腺癌(未分化型)的細胞系存放在RIKEN生物資源中心。該生物資源中心通過短串聯(lián)重復(fù)序列 (STR) DNA 分析發(fā)現(xiàn)該細胞系與 PC-9 相同,PC-9 是源自人肺腺癌(分化型)的細胞系。此錯誤識別發(fā)生在細胞系存放在 RIKEN 生物資源中心之前。細胞系的名稱更改為 PC-9,以反映這一發(fā)現(xiàn)。 |
