背景描述 | C2C12細(xì)胞是由D·Yaffe和O·Saxel建立的小鼠成肌細(xì)胞株的亞克?。籆2C12細(xì)胞分化很快,形成可伸縮的肌管并生成特征性的肌蛋白。用骨形成蛋白2(BMP-2)處理C2C12細(xì)胞,會(huì)導(dǎo)致C2C12細(xì)胞的分化途徑從成肌細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)換為成骨細(xì)胞。檢測(cè)表明,C2C12細(xì)胞肢骨發(fā)育畸形病毒(鼠痘)陰性。 |
