| 背景描述 | NCI-H520細胞是由Gazdar AF等在1982年建系而來，源于鱗狀細胞肺癌組織；NCI-H520細胞p53 mRNA表達水平較正常肺組織低，但是沒有大的結(jié)構(gòu)DNA的異常。NCI-H520細胞角蛋白、波形蛋白陽性，神經(jīng)絲三聯(lián)蛋白陰性；NCI-H520細胞在軟瓊脂中可形成克隆。 |
