產(chǎn)品概述
DMEM/F12培養(yǎng)基是在DMEM培養(yǎng)基的基礎上,添加F12培養(yǎng)基中更為豐富的營養(yǎng)成分,含有多種微量元素,廣泛應用于多種哺乳類細胞的培養(yǎng)。同時,DMEM/F12培養(yǎng)基常作為開發(fā)無血清培養(yǎng)基的基礎,也適用于低血清含量下哺乳動物細胞的培養(yǎng)以及克隆密度培養(yǎng)。
HEPES是一種優(yōu)良的生物緩沖劑,對細胞無毒性作用,添加HEPES的培養(yǎng)基能夠較長時間保持恒定的pH范圍,可以有效的防止培養(yǎng)液pH波動較大對細胞生長產(chǎn)生不利的影響。
本產(chǎn)品含有多類細胞培養(yǎng)所需的氨基酸、維生素、無機鹽等多種成分,但不含蛋白質(zhì)、脂類或任何生長因子,故此產(chǎn)品需搭配血清或無血清添加物使用。
