背景描述 | DU 145細胞是從一位有3年淋巴細胞白血病史的前列腺癌患者的腦部轉(zhuǎn)移病灶損害中建株的。DU 145細胞和從軟瓊脂中分離到的細胞不具有可檢測的激素敏感性,酸性磷酸酶呈弱陽性。對DU 145細胞及原始腫瘤細胞的亞顯微結(jié)構(gòu)分析可見微絨毛,微絲及細胞橋粒,有許多線粒體,發(fā)育良好高爾基體和異質(zhì)溶酶體。DU 145細胞不表達前列腺抗體。 |
