背景描述 | SV-HUC-1細胞是正常輸尿管組織用SV40病毒轉染建株的。反復用非洲綠猴腎細胞平板測試檢測傳染性SV40的生成,結果都呈陰性;SV-HUC-1細胞在脅迫(如曝露于化學試劑)下可能激活病毒。 |
