背景描述 | SK-N-BE(2)神經(jīng)母細(xì)胞瘤細(xì)胞株是于1972年11月從一位多次化療及放療的擴(kuò)散性神經(jīng)母細(xì)胞瘤患兒骨髓穿刺物中建立的;SK-N-BE(2)細(xì)胞顯示中等水平的多巴胺-β-羥基酶活性。有報(bào)道稱,SK-N-BE(2)細(xì)胞的飽和濃度超過1×10^6細(xì)胞/cm^2。SK-N-BE(2)細(xì)胞形態(tài)多樣,有的有長突觸、有的呈上皮細(xì)胞樣;SK-N-BE(2)細(xì)胞會(huì)聚集,形成團(tuán)塊并浮起。 |
