大鼠骨髓間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞成骨誘導(dǎo)分化培養(yǎng)基專門為大鼠骨髓間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞成骨誘導(dǎo)分化而開(kāi)發(fā),針對(duì)大鼠骨髓間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞的特性優(yōu)化分化試劑的配方,可增加大鼠骨髓間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞的成骨分化效果。
本產(chǎn)品含血清成分,僅用于科研用途,不可用于診斷、治療、臨床及其他用途。

注意事項(xiàng)
1. 由于成骨誘導(dǎo)分化實(shí)驗(yàn)歷時(shí)較長(zhǎng),請(qǐng)?jiān)谂渲萍笆褂帽井a(chǎn)品過(guò)程中嚴(yán)格注意無(wú)菌操作。
2. 成骨誘導(dǎo)實(shí)驗(yàn)過(guò)程中,很難通過(guò)鏡下觀察/白光照片判斷是否已經(jīng)完成誘導(dǎo),而孔板一經(jīng)染色又無(wú)法繼續(xù)誘導(dǎo)。因此建議“實(shí)驗(yàn)伊始,在另外的孔板上多做(1-3)份平行實(shí)驗(yàn),或僅將‘正常誘導(dǎo)組’在另外的孔板上多做(1-3)份,以便誘導(dǎo)后期用茜素紅染色來(lái)判斷正式實(shí)驗(yàn)的誘導(dǎo)進(jìn)度”。
3. 大鼠骨髓間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞成骨分化添加物的顏色為白色至黃色,不影響正常使用;
4. 大鼠骨髓間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞成骨分化添加物融化后有輕微白色沉淀,該成分為L(zhǎng)-谷氨酰胺,可將成骨分化 添加物直接添加到基礎(chǔ)培養(yǎng)基中,不影響正常使用。
5.血清離心:血清中可能會(huì)存在白色絮狀沉淀物,這通常是膽固醇、脂肪酸酯以及一些蛋白質(zhì)析出導(dǎo)致,屬于正常現(xiàn)象,該現(xiàn)象不影響細(xì)胞的培養(yǎng)和誘導(dǎo)分化。若您欲去除這些絮狀沉淀物,可以將血清分裝至無(wú)菌離心管內(nèi),以400-600 g離心5 min,取上清液使用。但是我們不建議您以過(guò)濾的方法去除這些絮狀沉淀物,一方面它可能會(huì)阻塞您的過(guò)濾膜;另一方面,過(guò)濾血清這種行為可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致血清中部分營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分的流失。
