背景描述 | HMEC-1是一種從男性患者包皮內(nèi)皮中分離出來的內(nèi)皮樣細(xì)胞。該細(xì)胞系可用于心血管疾病的研究。HMEC-1細(xì)胞是從一位男性患者包皮中分離出的微血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞,后經(jīng)pSVT載體轉(zhuǎn)染后,顯示出保留了很多內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞的特性,且通過連續(xù)傳代獲得的永生化細(xì)胞株。作為永生化細(xì)胞株,HMEC-1細(xì)胞是人類內(nèi)皮微血管細(xì)胞的持續(xù)可再生來源之一,也可用于構(gòu)建人真皮微血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞體外模型,用于許多研究。 細(xì)胞可應(yīng)用于血管生成、白細(xì)胞運(yùn)輸、傷口愈合、炎癥、循環(huán)、腫瘤生長(zhǎng)和轉(zhuǎn)移。癌癥研究,內(nèi)皮功能,細(xì)胞運(yùn)輸,表面分子相互作用,藥物篩選,制藥和化妝品行業(yè)的毒理學(xué)研究。 |
