背景描述 | RSC96細(xì)胞是原代培養(yǎng)的大鼠雪旺細(xì)胞經(jīng)長時間培養(yǎng)后自發(fā)轉(zhuǎn)化而成的。2002年12月提交到ATCC的RSC96細(xì)胞污染了支原體,RSC96細(xì)胞后代細(xì)胞通過BM細(xì)胞周期蛋白處理21天消除支原體。處理后6周,用Hoechst染色、PCR和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)培養(yǎng)測試進(jìn)行支原體檢測,結(jié)果都呈陰性。 |
