背景描述 | BALB/3T3 clone A31細(xì)胞是由S·A·Aaronson和G·T·Todaro于1968年從裂解的14-17天的BALB/c小鼠胚胎中建立的幾株細(xì)胞之一。BALB/3T3 clone A31細(xì)胞對(duì)接觸抑制特別敏感,生長(zhǎng)需高倍數(shù)稀釋,飽和濃度低。此外,BALB/3T3 clone A31細(xì)胞對(duì)癌基因DNA病毒SV40和小鼠肉瘤病毒高度易感。 |
