背景描述 | Beta-TC-6細(xì)胞來(lái)源于轉(zhuǎn)基因小鼠中生長(zhǎng)的一個(gè)胰腫瘤(胰島素瘤),這種小鼠攜帶了大鼠胰島素Ⅱ基因啟動(dòng)子調(diào)控的SV40早期基因的假基因結(jié)構(gòu)。Beta-TC-6細(xì)胞包含大量的胰島素和小量的胰高血糖素及生長(zhǎng)抑素;Beta-TC-6細(xì)胞能響應(yīng)葡萄糖而分泌胰島素。 |
