背景描述 | L6成肌細(xì)胞是由Yaffe從甲基膽蒽存在下大鼠大腿肌的原代培養(yǎng)物最初兩代中分離得到。L6細(xì)胞在培養(yǎng)基中可融合形成多核的肌管和橫紋肌纖維。L6細(xì)胞融合的程度隨著代數(shù)的增加而下降;因而,L6細(xì)胞應(yīng)冷凍于低代次階段并周期性地重新克隆以選擇融合能力強的細(xì)胞。如果讓培養(yǎng)容器中的細(xì)胞長滿,L6細(xì)胞的成肌組分將迅速耗盡。 |
