背景描述 | HCCC-9810細(xì)胞源自一位女性肝膽管細(xì)胞癌患者,呈上皮細(xì)胞樣。HCCC-9810細(xì)胞染色體模式數(shù)為71,但其染色體數(shù)目可以在22-117的范圍內(nèi)變動(dòng)。HCCC-9810細(xì)胞倍增時(shí)間為20.4小時(shí);細(xì)胞內(nèi)AFP、CEA和CA19-9的分泌水平低,HCCC-9810細(xì)胞在裸鼠中的成瘤率為20%。 |
