產(chǎn)品概述
M199全稱(chēng)Medium 199,即培養(yǎng)基199,是Morgan等在1950年設(shè)計(jì)的,最初用于雞胚成纖維細(xì)胞的營(yíng)養(yǎng)研究,現(xiàn)已廣泛應(yīng)用于各種動(dòng)物細(xì)胞的培養(yǎng),包括一些非哺乳類(lèi)動(dòng)物細(xì)胞。M199特別適用于非轉(zhuǎn)化細(xì)胞的培養(yǎng),也常用于病毒學(xué)、疫苗生產(chǎn),以及大鼠胰腺上皮細(xì)胞和小鼠晶狀體組織的培養(yǎng)。與其他基礎(chǔ)培養(yǎng)基相比,M199含有獨(dú)特的成分,包括腺嘌呤、腺苷、次黃嘌呤、胸腺嘧啶、以及其他的維生素。M199有兩種平衡鹽成分,Earle's鹽成分常用于CO2環(huán)境,Hank's鹽成分用于非CO2的環(huán)境。
本產(chǎn)品含有多類(lèi)細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)所需的氨基酸、維生素、無(wú)機(jī)鹽等多種成分,但不含蛋白質(zhì)、脂類(lèi)或任何生長(zhǎng)因子,故此產(chǎn)品需搭配血清或無(wú)血清添加物使用。
