背景描述 | RBL-2H3細(xì)胞是1978年國立牙科研究所的免疫學(xué)實(shí)驗室從Wistar大鼠保持腫瘤狀態(tài)的嗜堿性細(xì)胞中分離和克隆出來的嗜堿性白血病細(xì)胞株。RBL-2H3細(xì)胞具有高親和力的IgE受體,通過集聚這些受體或與鈣離子載體協(xié)同作用可以激活它們分泌組胺及其他遞質(zhì)。RBL-2H3細(xì)胞廣泛地用于研究肥大細(xì)胞FcERI和分泌的生化途徑。RBL-2H3細(xì)胞是研究FcERI結(jié)構(gòu)的模型。它們廣泛地用于研究細(xì)胞分泌的不同方面,包括細(xì)胞內(nèi)鈣濃度改變、磷酸脂酶激活、蛋白激酶和小G蛋白的作用。雖然幾乎所有批號的FBS都支持細(xì)胞的生長,但在某些批號中FcERI集聚后脫?;酶?。另一株大鼠嗜堿性細(xì)胞株(RBL)不會脫?;?。 |
