| 背景介紹 | Macrophage Colony-Stimulating Factor (M-CSF), is a secreted cytokine which causes hematopoietic stem cells to differentiate into macrophages or other related cell types. The active form of M-CSF/CSF-1 is found extracellularly as a disulfide-linked homodimer, and is thought to be produced by proteolytic cleavage of membrane-bound precursors. M-CSF/CSF-1 induces cells of the monocyte/macrophage lineage. It also plays a role in immunological defenses, bone metabolism, lipoproteins clearance, fertility and pregnancy. Upregulation of M-CSF/CSF-1 in the infarcted myocardium may have an active role in healing not only through its effects on cells of monocyte/macrophage lineage, but also by regulating endothelial cell chemokine expression. |

我們公司的因子都是重組的，是不含動物源成分的。

Q2:細(xì)胞因子用無菌水配成了100ug/mL母液，用于實(shí)驗(yàn)時(shí)，需要的終濃度為10ng/mL，可以用培養(yǎng)基直接稀釋？還是需要通過PBS（含5%海藻糖）進(jìn)一步稀釋才行呢？
如果是直接做實(shí)驗(yàn)，可以直接添加培養(yǎng)基進(jìn)行稀釋配置。 如果是需要長時(shí)間保存的話，需要使用含載體蛋白(如0.1%BSA，10% FBS，5%HSA或5%海藻糖)的溶液進(jìn)一步釋后分裝保存于-5~-20℃或者-80℃冰箱

加了無菌水后，如果沒有掛壁現(xiàn)象是不用離心的，如果您放置了一段時(shí)間，再次使用時(shí)是可以使用離心機(jī)離心的
