There are two genes for interleukin-1 (IL-1): IL-1 alpha and IL-1 beta (this gene). IL-1β precursor is cleaved by cytosolic caspase 1 (interleukin 1 beta convertase) to form mature IL-1β. |

Q1:因子到貨了，里面有兩管溶液，一個是水，一個是海藻糖溶液，用哪一個稀釋呢？
1、將裝有細胞因子的管子放入小離心機內短暫離心20~30s（離心機最大轉速即可），使附著在管壁的微量蛋白聚集在管底； 2、先用無菌水溶解因子，很少量水即可溶解因子，注意計算溶解后濃度不低于100 μg/mL； 3、用贈送的含海藻糖的PBS溶液進一步稀釋到您實驗合適的濃度即可，然后分裝后放入-20℃以下保藏； 4、因子復融重懸過程應輕柔，不可以震蕩渦旋。
