| 背景介紹 | FGF-basic is a members of the Fibroblast Growth Factors (FGFs) family.The family constitutes a large family of Proteins involved in many aspects of development including cell proliferation, growth, and differentiation. They act on several cell types to regulate diverse physiologic functions including angiogenesis, cell growth, pattern formation, embryonic development, metabolic regulation, cell migration, neurotrophic effects, and tissue repair. FGF-basic is a non-glycosylated heparin binding Growth Factor that is expressed in the brain, pituitary, kidney, retina, bone, testis, adrenal gland liver, monocytes, epithelial cells and endothelial cells. FGF-basic signals through FGFR 1b, 1c, 2c, 3c and 4. |

Q2:細(xì)胞因子用無菌水配成了100ug/mL母液，用于實(shí)驗(yàn)時(shí)，需要的終濃度為10ng/mL，可以用培養(yǎng)基直接稀釋？還是需要通過PBS（含5%海藻糖）進(jìn)一步稀釋才行呢？
如果是直接做實(shí)驗(yàn)，可以直接添加培養(yǎng)基進(jìn)行稀釋配置。 如果是需要長時(shí)間保存的話，需要使用含載體蛋白(如0.1%BSA，10% FBS，5%HSA或5%海藻糖)的溶液進(jìn)一步釋后分裝保存于-5~-20℃或者-80℃冰箱
