CXCL16 acts as a scavenger Receptor on macrophages, which specially binds to oxidized low density lipo Protein. CXCL16 may involves in pathophysiology such as atherogenesis. Soluble CXCL16 may play an important role in liver metastases through the induction of epithelial-mesenchymal transition. |

如果是直接做實驗，可以直接添加培養(yǎng)基進行稀釋配置。 如果是需要長時間保存的話，需要使用含載體蛋白(如0.1%BSA，10% FBS，5%HSA或5%海藻糖)的溶液進一步釋后分裝保存于-5~-20℃或者-80℃冰箱
